JOB OPENING

Assistant Business Development Executive / Manager

 Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Manage and Educate existing customers with more product inputs and generate more business
  • Knowledge of Internet marketing/Email marketing is preferred but not must
  • Support management in strategic planning by giving periodic inputs regarding the ground realities in the market and suggesting improvements.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

 

Preference:

  • Graduation in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is preferred
  • MBA with Marketing is preferred but not must.
  • Candidate with 2 or more years of industrial product business development at all India exposure is preferred.
  • For a female candidate, this will be mainly inside office work and travel will be limited.

 

Sales Coordinator / Back Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Handling team of 4-5 back end coordinators.
  • Work as a bridge between the Management, Principals, Customers and Sales team.
  • To support the front-end sales executive in offer preparation and follow-up back
  • Co-ordinate with all the departments like Sales, Account, Production, Purchase etc.
  • PO booking on online portals & coordinating for pro-forma invoice to customers before shipment.
  • Planning shipment of received order as per customer ship dates and follow up on the same.
  • Coordination and follow up with regular direct customers.
  • Exposure of product listing/working on E-commerce websites like Amazon, Indiamart , Tradeindia

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Engineering / business / marketing or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills & Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

 

Preference:

  • Candidate with 2 or more years of Office coordination in Engineering industry is preferred.
  • This will be mainly inside office work

 

 

Asst. Manager account and Finance

Responsibilities:

Generate and submit various MIS Reports to management like daily Cash & Bank Balance, cash-flow with Budgeting Report, Cost Sheet Preparation, Work-in-progress and finished stock

Skills :

  • Auditing & Taxation – Min  3 Year
  • Finance & Banking  -3  Years +
  • General Accounting  – 5 Years +

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 3 Years as Sr. Account Executive

Commerce Graduate with Related Experience of Account Management
